Often called Piata Unirii or Dome Sq., Union Sq. is amongst the oldest – and perhaps the most stunning urban square in Timisoara, attaining its title in 1919 when Romanian troops entered the city. Lining the square, you’ll locate picturesque pastel buildings, inbuilt an interesting baroque type, which may be admired whilst eating alfresco in a
